Strength Training

Speed Training
The abilty to be quick moving around the court. On average there are 200 changes of direction in a match. SAQ Tennis. Footwork Video
Suppleness
Players need to be flexible and strong for reaching for wide shots and to help with stroke efficiency
Stamina
Players need to be able to last for long matches of up to 3 hours in club tennis match. Also in long rallies oftern up to 25 shots or more.
Skill
